TERMS & CONDITIONS

• AC will not work on hill stations.
• Vehicle will adhere to the itinerary only.
• Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will be at extra charge.
• Above mentioned rates are valid only if the hotel is located within 2 km radius from the mall road, Manali.
• If vehicle cannot reach up to the point due to heavy snow or any other reason that is beyond our control, no refund will be granted.
• Any additional cost arising due to natural calamities such as Landslide, Snowfall, Road blockage, strike etc. will be payable by the client directly to the service provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• More than 15 days before tour start date, 25% of advance booking amount (after deducting GST) will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Within 5 to 14 days before tour start date, 50% of advance booking amount (after deducting GST) will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Less than 5 days before tour start date, 100% of advance booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
• If reservation has been made within 5 days from the tour start date, then it be considered as late booking and will be non-refundable.
